IPO Music Festival Presents: Think Like A Key Music Label Showcase in Liverpool

Experience a Diverse Lineup of Global Pop Talents at the Iconic Cavern Club and Cavern Pub – June 3rd & 4th

International Pop Overthrow (IPO), a renowned pop music festival with a 22-year history in Los Angeles, is set to host the Think Like A Key Music Label Showcase at the world-famous Cavern Club and Cavern Pub in Liverpool. With a rich legacy of showcasing the finest pop bands from around the globe, IPO has been held in multiple cities across the United States, Canada, Sweden, and the UK, creating an exhilarating buzz about pop music within the independent music community.

The Think Like A Key Music Label Showcase will take place on the last two days of the festival, featuring an impressive roster of artists from around the world:

Saturday, June 3rd at Cavern Pub:

Sunday, June 4th at Cavern Club:

• 4:45 pm – The Be Positives

The showcase marks the first UK performances for artists like Spain’s Pablo Solo and the USA’s Ex Norwegian. Manchester-based The Be Positives, who recently released their second album Everything About… on TLAK, and The Know Escape, whose collaboration with Kaleidoscope’s Peter Daltrey has received rave reviews, will also grace the stage. Miami-based singer-songwriter Jim Camacho, along with special guest Fernando Perdomo, will perform both solo sets and on stage with some of the bands.

Jim Camacho, Fernando Perdomo, and Ex Norwegian share a history with IPO, having been part of the 2010 New York City lineup. Pablo Solo, a previous IPO Liverpool performer with his band The Puzzles, returns to captivate audiences once more. Kevin Robertson, who appeared on Ex Norwegian’s Sing Jimmy Campbell album, will perform with his band the Vapour Trails. Furthermore, upcoming TLAK roster artist Nick Frater has two sets scheduled during the week-long festival.
